Tech Specs:

As with other websites that I’ve been a part of, one main goal here was to keep it as lightweight as possible within budget. So very few plugins were used, while filling in the gaps with custom code. No point in loading an entire plugin if some CSS/Javascript/PHP will do the trick.

Gravity Forms for both basic contact information & lead generation through newsletter integrations.
Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) integration for creating extra informational fields that could be attached to articles, events, and reviews
WP Bakery integration for all frontend templates. (I also have moderate experience with both Elementor and Divi)
Above, you may have noticed a link to a secondary site (ForeverStrength). That website heavily relies on WooCommerce subscriptions to give users access to member-only content.

Premise:

An avid writer, speaker, and fitness coach in Alberta, Canada, Andrew came to me wanting to redesign his website.

His needs required that he have an attractive blog, while also having showcase areas for his speaking engagements and coaching, as well as generate leads for his online coaching programs.

I’ve been working with him for years, off and on, with creating new features for his website, as well as his side projects (such as foreverstrength.ca ) for him to grow a personal brand that extends throughout both the U.S. and Canada.
